Role: As the product designer of this project, I will conduct all aspects of UI Design, from icons to page design.

As the UX designer, I collaborated within a team and conducted a transformative project for Hudson's Bay, aiming to inject a personalized touch into their homepage and elevate the overall customer experience.

The challenge involved analysis of user interactions and the identification of key pain points. Leveraging my problem-solving skills, I devised strategic design solutions focused on improving usability and visual appeal. Collaborating seamlessly with a dedicated team, we conceptualized a design that not only aligned with Hudson's Bay's brand identity but also fostered a more intimate connection with their diverse customer base.

The culmination of our efforts was a compelling presentation to their design, research and engineering team, where we showcased the thoughtful design process, user-centric elements, and the anticipated positive impact on customer engagement.

This project is a testament to my ability to tackle complex UX challenges and deliver solutions that resonate with users.
